الحفاظ على البنية الأساسية للنظام
أي تعديل أو تخصيص يتم في النظام يجب أن يلتزم بالبنية الأساسية والهيكل المعماري الحالي لضمان استقرار وأداء النظام لجميع المستخدمين.

المزايا الإضافية
أي ميزة جديدة أو تطوير إضافي يتم الاتفاق عليها مسبقًا كتابيًا، ويتم تنفيذها مجانا فقط خلال الفترة المتفق عليها اما دون ذلك فيكون مقابل رسوم تطوير متفق عليها.

تأثير التعديلات على باقي المستخدمين
لا يجوز تنفيذ أي تعديل قد يتسبب في إزعاج أو ضرر لتجربة المستخدمين الآخرين أو يؤثر على الاخلال بالتوافق النظام العام.

الدعم الفني بعد التخصيص
أي تخصيص خاص قد يتطلب خطة دعم فني مخصصة، يتم تحديدها بناءً على حجم ونوع التعديل. ولا تشمل العمل الباقة المجانية ابتداءًا

الملكية الفكرية
جميع التعديلات أو المزايا المضافة تظل جزءًا من النظام، مع احتفاظ الشركة بحقها في إعادة استخدامها أو تطويرها مستقبلًا.

Maintaining the Core Structure
Any modification or customization must comply with the system’s core structure and existing architecture to ensure stability and performance for all users.

Additional Features
Any new feature or upgrade must be agreed upon in writing. It will be implemented free of charge only during the agreed free period; beyond that period, it will be subject to an agreed development fee.

Impact on Other Users
No customization is allowed that may cause inconvenience, damage, or disruption to other users’ experience, or that compromises the overall system compatibility.

Any special customization may require a dedicated support plan, determined based on the size and nature of the modification, and is not included in the free package from the start.
